Annual Meeting
June 2, 2025 at 7 PM
Please be aware that our annual meeting of homeowners will take place in the clubroom on June 2, 2025 at 7 PM. Access via Zoom will also be available.
Two Board positions are available: one for two years and the other for three years.
If you are interested in running for a position on the BOM, please submit a notice of intent and a short bio to the office by May 2, 2025. You must be current on all maintenance fee and assesses to run for a position.
ACH Payment Setup
BDTCA has implemented a new ACH process for payment of maintenance fees. This convenience eliminates the need to bring or mail checks to the office.
If you are interested in utilizing this new process, please complete and sign this form. Bring both the form and a VOIDED check from your bank to the office.
Please understand that you are responsible for the following:
- Informing the office to place a “Do Not Collect” marker on your account if you are having issues/problems with your financial institution, as this is an automatic monthly process.
- Informing your financial institution or credit union of this new process.
- Providing the office with your current email address if you wish to receive notification of this transfer.
Access Gates
EMERGENCY PERSONNEL
Please be aware that when EMS, HFD, or HPD come to the property, they use a “911” key to open the gates. Once open, the gates on both sides stay open until someone in authority returns with that key to close them.
We are able to call the “non-emergency” police number to request closing the gates; however, not all police officers have the necessary key.
The City of Houston Fire Marshal’s Office will only give the “911” key to members of EMS, City of Houston Fire Department, or Houston Police Officers who apply for one.
POWER OUTAGES
During power outages and severe weather events, the gates are programmed to stay open. Once power is restored, the gates will automatically close.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The board is open to reviewing proposals for adding security cameras and associated infrastructure at entry and exit gates. Please contact the office with any questions, concerns, or to submit additional proposals.
Xfinity Cable Services
Cable services have been discontinued. Please see the notice from the board, below.
